Where should I start?
Start with the equipment you already own. Put useful items together, check their condition and add only what fills a real gap.
How much is standard delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £19. Delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is £75 or more.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Remote and regional addresses may take longer. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Can I change my mind?
For eligible online orders, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. See our returns policy for the full process.
Are these products a complete emergency plan?
No. Choose equipment for your own household and follow current guidance from local authorities. Product instructions and limits still apply.
